    • Chef should only apply if he is skilled to make New York style pizza, with at least 3 years experience in pizza mastery.
    • NYC pizza making is very different and no way similar to Italian pizza that we find around in Kathmandu.
    • Should also have knowledge & training in creative gastro pub food.
    • Basic bakery or Cantonese cooking knowledge will be appreciated.
    • Cantonese  cuisine chef can also apply.


    Job Description

    • In addition to leading the culinary team, the Head Chef/ Sous Chef will also possess the necessary commercial and management skills to successfully run a most happening bar in Thamel
    • The person will be an individual who does not compromise on standards and maintains excellence at all times
    • A positive and learning culture is essential to the success of the company and the Head Chef/ Sous Chef will be an individual who not only naturally embraces this environment but also upholds and maintains this throughout their team
    • The individual we are seeking will already have a track record of success in their culinary career, will already know what success looks like and has the ambition to establish themselves as one of the leading chefs
    • Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
    • Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
    • Arrange for repairs when necessary
    • Oversee the work of subordinates
    • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
    • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
