As the Head of PeopleOps Team, you will be the leader in our amazing talented workforce in Nepal. You’re a fierce champion of CloudFactory values & principles and you’ll partner with our Cloud Workers in Nepal to live them out every day. We have a strength of 2000 individuals in Nepal and in this role, you’ll get to know them, come to understand their strengths, desires, and needs so we can serve them faithfully every day.

You will also manage a team of People Officers, who are the first point of contact with our Cloud Workers. Whether coaching the People Officers on team leadership, resolving relational issues or designing personal development programs, you are exceptionally focused on putting Cloud Workers first. You’re a leader, an executor and know how to mentor future leaders. You’re passionate about people growth and how they impact others and the community. This role allows you to touch thousands of lives and make a difference in how the world works.

You will be responsible overall for finding and recruiting right people, ensuring that they are adding value to the organization as help them grow and flourish, and opening two-way channels of communication so that Cloud Workers so that ideas, needs, and issues can be exchanged with minimal effort.

The Experience:

You will need 5 to 8 years of experience leading a large group of people and working with people from other cultures. You have the experience to be able to work on a tactical level in Nepal while maintaining a global outlook. Recruitment experience, management experience are non-negotiable in this position and experience in a high-growth tech company experience would be huge a plus.
