Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ensure Brewery Sales Goals are met by creating highly detailed marketing strategies & sales plan
Responsibility for organizing advertising campaigns, managing sales staff, organizing promotional events & discovering new sales opportunities

Roles & Responsibilities:

Senior Role working with CEO of the brewery & alongside operational manager. As a “Brand Ambassador” of the brewery using extensive sales & marketing experience allowing to promote the brewery brand and develop Marketing & Sales plan for the brewery incl.

Marketing Strategies for each product line
Formulate Sales Strategy for each product line
Customer Demographic & Market Trend analysis
Sales Forecast
Growth Strategies
Plan Sales Team Activities
Manage Sales & Promotional activities
Develop Relationship with Key Customer
Research Competitor
Present Sales Report to Management
Design & Distribute Marketing Materials
Supervise other staff
