The position requires exhaustive understanding of management measures, capacity to plan department, resourcefulness to organize various functions necessary to accomplish department or business activities, successfully leading employees towards the anticipated objectives. The candidate should initiate and lead projects for developing or improving products for institutional banking, while analyzing the markets behavior to expand the banks deposit by implementing strategic deposit products program for the bank and safeguards compliance with the bank policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager:
Job grade shall be determined based on the previous experience in related field of the candidate. Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sought from the shortlisted candidates.
