We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Human Resources to oversee all HR operations at our Nepal office. You'll lead hiring, performance management, employee relations, and contribute directly to Flint’s ongoing growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management systems, KPIs, and regular performance reviews.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing staffing issues promptly and effectively.

  • Handle sensitive matters including disciplinary actions and terminations professionally and compassionately.
