It is formed primarily to offer remittance services in Nepal and promoted by well-known figures of the Nepalese Banking Industry and Nepalese Remittance Industry, carrying decades of experience with them in the related fields.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with Cashway policies, regulations and procedures, Nepal Rastra Bank Compliance and Income Tax Compliance.

Administrative Management

Educate and train staff on aspects related to Remittance Software.
Assist to prepare contract with foreign principal agent.

Operations Management

Manage implementation of financial, administrative, and human resources (HR) policies and procedures that meet the objective of the company.
Provide ongoing financial administration including approvals of purchase requisitions, local consultant agreements, vendor invoices, and the like.

Financial Management

Ensure that expenditure, tracking and reporting are in accordance with company requirements, procedures, and practices for compliance
Create and maintain financial reporting and tracking systems, and provide financial performance updates.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly report on timely basis
Develop and manage banking procedures and transactions
Human Resources & Performance Management
Supervise all financial, administrative and operational support staff
Ensure that staff and team members understand their roles and responsibilities and comply with requirements
Prepare monthly reporting processes to provide regular status and reports
Submission of monthly report to Nepal Rastra Bank
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)
Preparation of Daily Reconciliation of Party Account
