Duties & Responsibilities

Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the clients.
Overseeing the digital marketing team, including hiring and training personnel, setting performance goals, and ensuring the team's efficiency and productivity.
Creating and managing the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, etc.
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across different platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve conversion goals.
Collaborating with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, ensuring that the content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Overseeing search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic rankings and managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive paid traffic and conversions.
Developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with the target audience, increase followership, and foster brand loyalty.
Overseeing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products or services effectively.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of various digital marketing initiatives using data analytics tools. Preparing regular reports on key metrics and presenting the findings to the management team.
Managing digital advertising efforts, including display advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and other forms of online advertising.
Identifying areas for improvement in the digital marketing funnel and implementing strategies to optimize conversion rates.
Ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital channels and maintaining brand reputation.
Collaborating with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Minimum work experience of 5 years as a digital marketing specialist
Significant experience in digital marketing roles, including managing campaigns, analyzing data, and leading marketing teams.
Strong communication skills
Certifications from platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications is preferred.
