Job Description

Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising, PR & execution plans for existing products.
Plan and implement sales, customer retention and development strategies.
Formulate marketing policies as a board member.
Seek & provide training opportunities to staff of marketing department according to company procedure, policy and employment law.
Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing department.
Select & manage external department.
Liase and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
