Job Description

We are looking for a new academic member to join us at The Excelsior School as Instructional Supervisor – Computer Department. We are looking for a candidate who can lead, prepare and execute educational plans in the computer department to achieve high academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

Supervising teachers regarding the lesson plans
Monitoring the effectiveness of the planned lesson plans
Providing constructive feedbacks to the teachers
Observing the classes of the teachers
Lead the departmental meetings, share ideas for the development of the pedagogies
Ensure every teacher have the lesson plan ready for the day
Monitoring teachers and students in term of teaching and learning activities
Ensuring teachers are using right techniques to teach students
Constant monitoring student's academic and behavioral aspect
Counseling students in terms of their behavioral issue and ensuring that they are solved. Ensuring that a creative learning environment is developed
Assisting Principal in order to develop and maintain overall academic standard
Ensure proper correspondence with guardians, teachers and students
Involve in organizing special events
