Formulation and Execution of BFI enrolment strategy
Penetration of fund mobility, load & cross-business
Supervise and guide the Bank and Financial Institution(BFI) team
Ensure Khalti's high-level presence in Banking & Corporate sectors
Product innovation around Fintech
Relationship Management with Banks, finance, microfinance, cooperatives, remittance, and other financial institutions
Ensuring operational robustness
Formulate Standard Operating Procedures, Business Process Re-engineering guidelines, strategy & do continuous reinforcement
Oversee BTL & other marketing activities in coordination with Banks & Cooperatives
