NIMB Ace Capital Limited, a leading investment management company licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), is seeking a highly motivated and strategic marketing professional to lead its Marketing Department. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence, promote its financial products, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness and support business objectives.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media management.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns for investment schemes and financial products.
Oversee the creation of marketing content, brochures, press releases, and presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for branding, advertising, and public relations.
Manage corporate communications, media relations, and crisis communication efforts.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using analytics and KPIs.
Organize events, webinars, and investor education programs to enhance client engagement.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 7 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the financial services, investment, or fintech sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Solid understanding of financial products, capital markets, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Familiarity with digital tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, design software, etc.).
