Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our team as the Head of Investor Relations and Communication. This senior executive role is responsible for shaping and executing APVL’s communication strategy, ensuring effective engagement with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in communicating the firm’s financial performance, market positioning, and strategic direction while supporting capital-raising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate with current and potential investors.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, strategic updates, and market insights, including monthly, quarterly, and industry-specific analyses.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors through regular meetings, calls, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to investors.
• Assist in identifying, targeting, and on-boarding new investors while supporting the firm’s capital-raising initiatives.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to drive growth, operational improvements, and value creation.
• Provide feedback and insights to internal teams and senior leadership to ensure investor communications align with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in relationship management, investor relations, corporate communications, or a related field within private equity or investment management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to align communications with strategic objectives.
• Strong track record in building and maintaining investor and stakeholder relationships through effective communication.
• Exceptional analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to investors.
• Experience in preparing and presenting comprehensive financial and industry reports.
