KFA Training School started its journey with intensive focus in structured Banking Training Programs, Workshops & Seminars to suit the requirements of diverse Financial Institutions and Corporates as well as non-corporate participants. So far, KFA has trained over 10,000 participants from diverse professional and academic backgrounds.

KFA Business School an Academic wing of KFA was established in the year 2009. Since its inception, KFA Business School has introduced innovative and unique ‘learning methodologies’. With ‘Dual Faculty System (DFS)’ as one of its core delivery mechanisms, KFA has been instrumental in developing much-needed academically sound and practically trained human resources.

KFA Consulting is a management-consulting Division within KFA, which serves leading businesses, governments and non-governmental organizations. It helps the clients to make lasting improvements to their performance and realize their most important goals. KFA Consulting brings together a complementary mix of background and cultures of diversified professionals providing clients with all-round, hands-on support in smooth Management of Business, Market Research, Feasibility Studies, Impact Analysis, Business Plans, Management Strategy Consulting, Financial Management, IT Solutions, HR Management and thereby increasing value to its customer's business.

Job Description

  • Lead and facilitate the recruitment and selection of the right fit to the KFA team by starting from employee requisition, drafting vacancy, posting it in different portals, short listing the candidates, interviewing them, short listing them and recommending the candidates to respective line directors and be in the final interview.
  • Facilitating the selection process by making a CTC package, sending the offer email and ensuring the proper onboarding of the new employee following our SOP.
  • Guide and supervise the subordinate along with ensuring the correct delivery of different HR operational functions like attendance, lunch details, CUG sim, insurance claims submission/ follow ups etc. 
  • Make HR related letters of the employee life cycle from appointment letter to experience letter and release letter so that all the employee related documents are maintained properly for further reference.  
  • Make sure all the employee related details are updated in files and in the system.
  •  Assess the training and development needs of the company, make a training calendar and execute them.
  • Conduct and close the performance management system of the company.
  • Represent the HR and CC department internally and externally in the form of meetings and events. 
  • Assess the performance of leads and suspects generated from the ads and coordinate the necessary course of action in coordination with digital partners.
  • Maintain MIS of budget expenditure on digital marketing.
  • Make the budget of boosting the ads, track it and create a proper channel for the payment to digital partners. 
  • Work for profile book, brochures, website and other corporate branding collaterals.
