Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Capable to present issue in logical manner to critical stakeholders related to the company both in writing and speaking
Clear understanding and working experience on Nepalese Income Tax, VAT, Excise, Custom Duty
Capability to manage different types of tax & others audits and plan accordingly
Clear understanding and working experience on formulating cost sheet, valuation model and price structure
Capability to prepare various SOP, policies and manual to enhance the financial system of the company as instructed by Management
Excellent working knowledge of Banking system pertaining to credit arrangement, LC mechanism, foreign currency remittance and other requirements of regulatory authority.
Strong negotiation skills to negotiate with local, Indian and third country vendors
Penchant to learn and having knowledge of key commodity prices, forex and other related domestic/international business information
Exposed and experienced to manage Tax Authorities, Custom Offices, Food Authorities,
Department of Industry, Central Bank and other related key stakeholders as relevant to the operation of the company
Capability to prepare various MIS, Monthly Report, Financial Report within deadline as instructed by Management
Proactive & result oriented
Willing to travel extensively within and outside of Nepal

Required Experience:More than or equal to 8 years

Other Specification

Excellent communicator in English and Nepali with strong leadership skills
Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience with minimum 5 years in FMCG sector
Excellent command in Microsoft Office with strong skill set in ExcelMBA/Graduate in Management/CA/CA Semi Qualified
Capable to lead, guide and motivate diverse team
