Qualifications:

At least Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field, preference shall be given to the candidates having Master’s Degree
At least 2 years of experience in driving digitalization/automation domain
The Candidate should be dynamic and good communicator and have abilities to drive automation/digitalization projects.
Candidates having 6 Sigma credentials will have an added value

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Responsible to drive automation in all back end and front end functions of the organization.
Drive initiatives to become a truly digital focused organization with an objective to reduce paper usages.
Drive initiatives to build all digital platforms convenient and customer friendly.
Integrate all digital platforms through APIs so that all systems talk to each other.
Integrate and embed AIs and Machine Learning tools to gradually build data and understand customer behaviors.
Drive/lead technical unit (programmers, designers) to gradually transform the organization totally into technology driven company.
Visioning the future and implement strategies and plan accordingly.
Lead various digital/automation project and deliver on time.
Implement ideas to enhance the entire digital ecosystem of the organization.
Enhance customer experience in all digital mediums.
Effective contribute to make all Omni channel platform effective smooth.
