Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online brand presence, managing digital campaigns, and achieving marketing objectives through innovative digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy, from planning and execution to tracking and optimization.
  • Oversee and manage all key digital functions
  • SEO & SEM
  • Paid Ads (Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Email Campaigns & CRM
  • Website optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Content creation – including written, video, and visual content
  • Graphic design coordination or hands-on basic design for digital content
  • Influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns
  • Marketing automation and customer journey funnels
  • Supervise the in-house team and external vendors/partners.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and generate insights-driven reports for management.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and digital touchpoints.
  • Stay updated with trends, tools, and global best practices in digital marketing.
