Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students and their families to understand their academic goals and preferences.
• Guide students through the admission process, including course selection, application submission, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions in India to streamline admission processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of counselors, ensuring consistent and high-quality guidance.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars to inform students and parents about academic opportunities in India.
• Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on admission policies, deadlines, and new academic programs offered by Indian institutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of experience in educational counseling or a similar role.
• Proven ability to guide students towards making informed academic decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Indian education system and its admission procedures is a must.
