Job Description

10 years plus working experience
Develop and plan menus and daily specials
Excellent knowledge of Food & hygiene practices, and able to train and coach junior
Be able to start immediately and hit the ground running
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
Manage food costing and inventory
Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Knowledge regarding Ms. Office and Culinary school pass out will get a preference
