Job Description

  • Install and setting up network systems, software, and computer hardware
  • Perform routine maintenance procedures on computer networks and systems, such as backing up data and upgrading software
  • Identify and fix faults with computer hardware, network connectivity, and software programs are all part of the process of troubleshooting hardware and software problems
  • Give end consumers technical help, including guidance on computer usage best practices and problem-solving
  • Keep an eye on network performance and responding to problems like network disruptions
  • Put in place and maintaining network security measures to defend the system
  • Documenting hardware and network configurations, procedures, and processes
  • Make inventory of all the electrical items of the office
  • Report to the concerned department
