Job Description

1. Hardware Maintenance:

Diagnosing and replacing malfunctioning hardware components such as hard drives, memory modules, and motherboards.
Assembling and disassembling computers and peripherals.
Installing and updating device drivers.

2. Network Configuration and Troubleshooting:

Configuring routers, switches, and other network devices.
Setting up local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
Identifying and resolving network connectivity issues.
Monitoring network performance and security.
Software Installation and Support:

3. Installing operating systems and software applications.

Providing technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software issues.
Troubleshooting software problems and conflicts.
Security Implementation:

4. Setting up automated data backup systems.

Assisting in data recovery in case of hardware failures or data corruption.
Documentation and Reporting:

5. Maintaining records of hardware and software inventory.

Creating documentation for troubleshooting procedures and network configurations.
