Ensure smooth functioning of computer system
Monitor and maintain computer system and network
Provide overall hardware & networking support to all PCs and laptops
Manage the usage, maintenance, support and upgrade of PC, hardware, operating system, software and printers
Recommend and schedule repairs. Perform minor repairs
Identify, record, investigate and solve IT problems and respond to client’s requests effectively and efficiently. Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and networking problem
Coordinate with Co-workers and seniors to solve cases if required
Work in accordance with work procedure requirement such completing the necessary documentation, management reporting, sharing the required information etc
Provide any sort of IT assistance to the company / client in case of need. Be ready at all time to provide emergency support service
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor / senior managers
