Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at Varnabas Museum Hotel in Kathmandu. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable stay for all guests.
