Job Description

Bagaichā is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival
  • Assisting guests with seating arrangements and menu recommendations
  • Addressing any guest inquiries, requests, or concerns in a courteous and timely manner
  • Providing information about restaurant services, promotions, and events
  • Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences
  • Collecting and recording guest feedback and suggestions
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
  • Handling guest reservations and confirming bookings
  • Collaborating with the Guest Relations Manager to implement guest service strategies
  • Upholding high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times
