  • Must have completed minimum Intermediate level in hospitality management from a recognized board or university
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Skills Required:

  • Must have pleasing personality and the ability to handle all kinds of people
  • Since our job falls under customer service, it is necessary to have a cheerful disposition, quick reflexes, and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi are must. Knowledge of a common foreign language like Chinese, German, French, or Spanish is an added advantage


Job Description

  • Greet and escort guests to the table
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of products, events, promotions and general information relating to the services offered by the company
  • Maintain current data profile of regular guests in order to ensure that personal preference are met e.g. tables, games, drinks, food, rooms etc.
  • Promptly respond to guests requests in a considerate, professional and positive manner 
Preference: 

  • Preference will be given to local Nepalese citizens with an age group between 18 to 26 years
