  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) and booking software (if applicable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license.

Job Description

  • Welcome all the guests with warm greeting, and review guest booking lists manage service delivery.
  • Assist with the preparation of welcome folders with material (e.g. service menus, area descriptions).
  • Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) escort them to tables and respond to their questions, offer tea/coffee.
  • Address customer complaints and, if necessary, escalate to the Supervisor and Outlet Manager.
  • To help the guest in finding information of Spa and solving guest's problems during their stay at the Spa for having service.
  • Coordinate with other concerned departments related to the therapy service and housekeeping.
  • Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks.
  • Inspect serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and requisition table linen and other supplies for tables and serving stations.
  • Log information in the logbook on a daily basis.
  • Must be ready to demonstrate up selling skills with giving the best spa services and encouraging the guest to use charged facilities.
  • Issue the bill to the guest as they receives the services of spa accurately via assigned software or computer.
  • Contribute to branding and marketing team for new product development based on enquiries and feedback, proposals and suggestions etc. from the guests and assist in
  • planning menus.
  • Train and guide to the junior staff for best service delivery.
  • Bid farewell by asking or getting guest comment about the Spa's services and facilities that they have received.
  • Thank the guest for their arrival and encourage them for their next visit.
  • Make daily, weekly & monthly reports and perform other duties as per need and direction of the company.
  • Reporting of progress to the supervisor/Head of Department.
