Job Description

  • Provide a friendly and efficient welcome to any members, visitors and staff
  • Ensure that appropriate visitors are directed to the right person or service within the building
  • Take responsibility for the visitor book and security passes
  • To be responsible for the general upkeep of the reception point and office, ensuring it is kept organized and efficient at all times
  • Undertake statistical data entry on a PC, to record the number of visitors, and the nature of their inquiries, for monitoring purposes.
