Able to be polite and courteous, but firm when dealing with challenging visitors
Must have a superb Interpersonal skill
Minimum height 5'3 inch

Provide a friendly and efficient welcome to any members, visitors and staff
Ensure that appropriate visitors are directed to the right person or service within the building
Take responsibility for the visitor book and security passes
To be responsible for the general upkeep of the reception point and office, ensuring it is kept organized and efficient at all times
Undertake any other general duties
Must be able to work in any shifts and work overtime when required
