Job Description

  • Accessing offer/GS applications(financial) for Australia, Canada, UK, USA and New Zealand from in-house and partner agencies.
  • Responding to the partners and counselor's queries regarding financial applications for Australia, Canada, UK, USA and New Zealand.
  • Managing all inquiry and admissions related correspondence, and communicating information to relevant staff in the organization.
  • Reporting admission manager regarding the offer/GS applications(financial) reports, trends, updates.
  • Coordinating with clients and communicating with the Clients, Counselors and Partners for documentation needs.
  • Ensuring smooth offer application process through communication of documentation needs, updating recent updates from the education providers in a timely manner.
  • Complying with the existing compliance mechanism for through quality checks, and Maintaining cordial relationships with partners and branches.
  • Attending Training and seminars for Australia, Canada, UK, USA and New Zealand with the representatives and empowering Admission team of branches and franchises.
  • Attending any additional job that has been outlined 
  • Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system 
  • Any other tasks the management will allocate to you time to time

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years preferably in in service industry visa application processing   

Skills

  • Excellent Communication skills 
  • Excellent English language ability
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Must be outspoken and have the positive attitude
  • Outstanding presentation skill and outgoing personality 
  • Excellent team player and proficient in Computing
