Job Description

  • Accessing offer applications for Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand, USA from in-house and partner agencies
  • Responding to the partners and counselor's queries regarding offer applications for different destinations
  • Managing all inquiry and admissions related correspondence, and communicating information to relevant staff in the organization
  • Coordinating with clients and communicating with the Clients, Counselors and Partners for documentation needs
  • Ensuring smooth offer application process through communication of documentation needs, updating recent updates from the education providers in a timely manner
  • Complying with the existing compliance mechanism for through quality checks, and maintaining cordial relationships with partners and branches
  • Attending Training and seminars for different destinations with the representatives and empowering Admission team of branches and franchises
  • Attending any additional job that has been outlined
  • Enter and maintain clients’ information in CRM system
