You Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, growth, or BD
  • Strong written + verbal communication in English & Nepali
  • Confident presenter (Zoom and in-person)
  • Active understanding of social media trends and engagement
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and a fast learner

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Canva, Google Slides, Sheets
  • Previous marketing or PR experience (restaurant or startup a plus)
  • Confidence in content creation or public speaking
  • Strong understanding of Nepali youth digital culture
  • Passionate about food, brand building, and viral campaigns

  • Must attend Zoom and strategy meetings regularly

Job Description

As our Growth & Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as the bridge between our brand vision, customer engagement, and stakeholder communication. You will be responsible for:

  • Drive customer growth via digital marketing, loyalty systems, and influencer campaigns (e.g., Creator Race)
  • Lead social media strategy and content production across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Manage communication and Zoom sessions with early-stage investors and supporters
  • Report growth KPIs and prepare dashboards for the founder
  • Build PR relationships and co-execute local marketing events
  • Represent AmaKo Momo with confidence — both online and on the ground

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate investor communication, Zoom sessions, and basic documentation
  • Plan and run digital campaigns, including influencer-led projects (e.g., Creator Race)
  • Manage content calendar and social media growth (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Track and report marketing KPIs and campaign ROI to the founder
  • Assist with branding, PR, and launch-related assets
  • Represent AmaKo Momo at public events, calls, and meetings when needed
