Job Description

  • Manage all related projects that requires daily hands-on commitment
  • Ad-hoc data management for growth including analyzing data to identify opportunities for funnel improvements & growth marketing communications
  • Develop, experiment, implement and scale new growth strategies and ideas focused on New user /Returning Users growth
  • Collaborate with the Regional team to align on projects related to new buyer growth
  • Closely track, benchmark & analyze implemented strategies & make recommendations to optimize the user journey for conversion rate
  • Propose gaps that can be plugged in through tech team to drive KPIs
  • Initiate projects to acquire new customers & retain old customers
  • Coordination within Traffic Operations and with other departments on a regular basis
  • Ability to handle pressure and multi-task
  • Open to multiple responsibilities along with the incoming of new projects

Requirements

  • Masters/Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Analytics, Statistics
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a fast growing startup, or a dynamic team in large organization
  • SQL knowledge is preferred 4. Experience working with Cross Functional Teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
