Graphics and UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphics/UX Designer to join our team full-time. This role combines user experience design, graphic design, and motion graphics to create engaging and visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces, develop high-quality visuals, and bring designs to life with animations and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly and visually compelling UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop engaging visual assets, including icons, illustrations, banners, and branding elements.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphics/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience in motion graphics & animation using Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
