We are looking for a talented Graphics/UX Designer to join our team full-time. This role combines user experience design, graphic design, and motion graphics to create engaging and visually compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive interfaces, develop high-quality visuals, and bring designs to life with animations and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-friendly and visually compelling UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop engaging visual assets, including icons, illustrations, banners, and branding elements.
Create motion graphics, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Graphics/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
Experience in motion graphics & animation using Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
