Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification

  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS with working experience of HTML email production. Knowledge of JavaScript would be advantageous
  • Experience of using a CMS to upload and manage content, previous experience with Demandware would be particularly advantageous
  • Good understanding of cross browser and email compatibility, SEO, accessibility and usability design for the web
  • Pixel perfect attention to detail and a sense of pride and ownership over quality

Job Description

  • Work closely with the E-Commerce Marketing Manager to deliver engaging and consistent content for email, affiliates, re-targeting, social media, and display advertising channels
  • Create designs that respond beautifully to all devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach
  • Ensure all digital creative & front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, useable & meets best practice standards
  • Become a key stakeholder in the strategic development of innovative digital  projects, site improvements and campaigns
  • Monitor and manage the workflow of design projects to deliver to deadline
  • Conduct continual analysis of competitor activity both onsite and across digital marketing channels, as well as the key market trends, new regulations and developments
  • Design internal digital communication materials and presentations to support the wider business needs on an ad hoc basis
