Job Description

National Society for Earthquake Technology-Nepal (NSET) is implementing “USAID Education Emergency Response Project” with the funding support from USAID Nepal for the period of 2024 to 2027. The main objective is to support restoration and recovery of the education system in earthquake affected areas of Jajarkot and Rukum West and contribute towards building resilience of the education system. NSET seeks applications for the following positions from eligible candidates:

Main Responsibilities:

  • The graphics designer will assist the program team, mainly the communication team, on designing printing materials such as IEC materials, brochures, posters reports, awareness materials and other publications.
  • Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, social media, websites, reports, and presentations.
  • Create and edit logos, infographics, banners, and promotional content.
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to the organization’s branding guidelines in all creative outputs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure designs align with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Revise designs based on feedback and input from stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain graphic files, ensuring all designs are properly stored and ready for print or digital use.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
