Qualification and Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic and motion design (portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro would be an added benefit).
Strong skills in motion design and 2D animation (experience in video editing is a plus).
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Ability to conceptualize ideas and turn them into visually appealing content.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with 3D software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of social media trends and content creation strategies.
Basic knowledge or understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
