Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing professional with 2–4 years of experience to manage and optimize our online presence. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital campaigns, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and minimize costs.
  • Manage campaign budgets and track spending effectively.

2. SEO & Website Management

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
  • Monitor website performance (traffic, bounce rate, conversions) using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Collaborate with the content/design team for landing page creation and optimization.

3. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company's 
  • presence across social media platforms.
  • Develop engaging content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to improve performance.

4. Content & Email Marketing

  • Coordinate with designers/writers to produce digital content (blogs, visuals, videos, infographics).
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automation).
  • Analyze engagement and conversion rates from content and email campaigns.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign dashboards to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as leads, conversions, CTR, impressions, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital strategies.
