Routine of Nepal Banda (RONB) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual communication, creativity, and the ability to create engaging designs for social media and digital platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for developing visually appealing graphics that align with RONB’s brand identity, content style, and audience.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, promotional materials, thumbnails, banners, campaigns, and other digital content.
Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging basic-level animations, motion graphics, reels, and short-form visual content for digital and social media platforms.
Brand Consistency & Design Principles: Apply design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy to maintain a consistent and professional visual identity.
Breaking News & Quick Turnaround: Produce high-priority graphics and visual content quickly for breaking news, trending stories, announcements, and social media campaigns.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, marketing, and content teams to understand requirements and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
Social Media Optimization: Ensure graphics, videos, thumbnails, and other visual assets are correctly formatted, sized, and optimized for different social media platforms.
Creative Development: Contribute fresh ideas and creative concepts to improve audience engagement and strengthen digital content.
Quality Control: Review designs before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, readability, and overall visual quality.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design, social media, content, and visual communication trends.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, social media design, or a related field.
Education level is not required; skills and experience matter.
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and digital content creation skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or equivalent software.
Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, video editing, and social media content formats.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working in a media, news, advertising, marketing, or digital content environment will be an advantage.
