Roles and responsibilities of this job

Vu Devi Services is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to create visually compelling graphics that align with their brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation & Adaptation

Use Canva Pro to create, adapt, and optimize engaging visuals aligned with client branding guidelines
Design social media posts, presentations, web banners, and marketing materials

Brand Consistency

Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and visual identity across all designs
Stay updated with evolving client brand guidelines

Template Development

Design and maintain a library of reusable Canva Pro templates to ensure efficiency and consistency

Collaboration

Work closely with clients to understand campaign objectives and deliver audience-focused designs
Ensure designs meet platform-specific and marketing requirements

Feedback & Iteration

Incorporate client and internal feedback to refine designs and meet campaign goals

Asset Management

Organize and manage graphic assets within Canva Pro and related platforms for easy accessibility

Canva Pro Proficiency: Strong experience using advanced Canva Pro tools and premium assets
Strong Visual Aesthetic: Ability to produce clean, engaging, and on-brand designs
Marketing Understanding: Ability to design visuals that support marketing objectives and audience engagement
Design Versatility: Experience creating social media graphics, infographics, presentations, ads, and more
Deadline-Oriented: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of graphic design and social media trends
Effective Communication: Ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
Minimum 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or graphic design

Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Work Mode: Remote

Note: Nepali holidays (including Dashain & Tihar) are not observed.
