We are looking for a politically conscious, creative, and communication-strong Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling materials that communicate our strategic insights, research findings, and thought leadership. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and a keen understanding of political, social, and business contexts in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality designs for digital and print media, including reports, presentations, social media content, campaigns, and internal communications.
Collaborate with strategists, content creators, and leadership to develop visual concepts that align with organizational messaging and goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while maintaining professional and engaging aesthetics.
Develop infographics, data visualizations, and other visual tools that simplify complex business and political information.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to create innovative and effective visual content.
Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Review and implement feedback to continually improve visual materials.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience in business, political, or social content.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
Political and social awareness is a must; understanding Nepal’s business and political landscape is highly desirable.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
Knowledge of motion graphics, video design, and digital content creation is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and aesthetic sense.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
