Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to visualize and produce design concepts that reflect our corporate image and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Visualize and design motion/graphics based on the direction from the concerned authority and in accordance with the organization’s corporate branding.
Upgrade and revamp existing graphics and visuals to align with brand guidelines and corporate themes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to simplify and standardize design projects across all business units.
Develop and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and visual elements tailored for multiple platforms (social media, web, print, events).
Conduct brainstorming sessions to conceptualize and creatively present ideas that reflect current and future design needs.
Translate creative briefs and project requirements into storyboards and design concepts.
Coordinate with team members and the HOD throughout all stages of the design and animation process, ensuring feedback is incorporated effectively.
Obtain approvals from the concerned authority before publishing any final outputs.
Plan, conceptualize, and execute design strategies for marketing campaigns, events, and internal programs.
Stay updated with the latest trends in design, motion graphics, tools, and technologies; recommend and implement improvements proactively.
Conduct market and design trend analysis to suggest new ideas in color schemes, typography, animations, and layout designs.
Ensure consistent application of branding guidelines, particularly during the organization's participation in community or public events.
Take initiative in developing unique and impactful design concepts that add value to the organization’s visual identity.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Document and report all completed tasks and project statuses to the concerned authority on a regular basis.
