Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team with a focus on designing sublimation jerseys, merchandise, and social media content. The ideal candidate will have solid skills in Adobe Illustrator (our primary design tool) and Photoshop, as well as a strong eye for brand alignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer looking to grow their skills in apparel and digital design within a creative, supportive environment.

Salary: Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sublimation Jersey and Merchandise Design
- Design visually appealing sublimation jerseys that align with brand aesthetics and meet production requirements.
- Create designs for merchandise like t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are prepared accurately for printing.
Social Media Graphics
- Design graphics for social media, including posts, stories, and ads, to promote products and engage followers.
- Assist with digital content for campaigns to boost audience engagement.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look across all visual materials.
- Make design revisions based on feedback to meet brand and project standards.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work with marketing and production teams to understand project requirements and complete tasks on time.
- Provide organized files and clear instructions to support efficient production.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (primary tool) and Photoshop (secondary), with experience in creating apparel or merchandise designs.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or relevant experience.
Basic understanding of sublimation and apparel printing processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on merchandise or social media content.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with social media trends and an interest in sports or activewear design.
Basic knowledge of design principles for digital marketing.

Work Environment:

Full-time role with a salary of Rs. 30,000 - Rs. 40,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Collaborative team environment with opportunities for learning and growth.
Standard hours from Sunday to Friday, 10 am to 5:30 pm.
