Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer and Fluently English Nepali Typing to join our team at I. Globe Foundation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, and the ability to use online communication tools, such as Zoom, for conducting online exams. This position can be either full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability and preference.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including brochures, posters, social media content, and website graphics.
Having sound typing Skill (Fluently English & Nepali)
Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Use Zoom and other online tools to conduct online exams or assessments as needed.
Ensure all design elements align with the organization's brand guidelines and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.
Communicate effectively with team members to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with online communication tools, particularly Zoom, for conducting exams.
Typing proficiency and attention to detail.
Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS.
