Graphic Designer

Nepa Rudraksha is seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience designing high-quality visual concepts for diverse marketing and branding needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements for projects
• Conceptualize creative directions and propose design options
• Develop and design graphics, logos and layouts for print and digital media
• Create visual assets, info-graphics, typography and illustrations
• Maintain brand consistency across deliverables and platforms
• Work comfortably with tight deadlines and competing priorities
• Stay updated on latest design tools, technologies and trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
• 2-4 years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio of brand identity, marketing, and visual designs
• Proficiency with design software like Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid knowledge of typography, color theory and branding
• Ability to adapt and revise designs based on feedback
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge on After effects, figma and premiere pro is a plus point.
