Job Description

Develop creative and innovative design concepts for a variety of projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital assets, social media graphics, and website elements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the overall objectives.
Ensure consistent application of the brand's visual identity across all design projects, maintaining brand integrity and guidelines.
Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs within established deadlines.
Receive feedback from team members and stakeholders and incorporate revisions to refine designs.
Prepare and deliver print-ready files, ensuring specifications are met for various printing methods and materials.
