Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide information and advice to prospective students in Nepal regarding study opportunities in Australia/ UK/ Canada/ USA/ New Zealand.
Submit applications to institutions obtain offers and facilitate enrolments.
Follow through on student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required.
Support event managers in the organization of major promotional events such as Interview Sessions, twice-a-year exhibitions, admission day, educational fairs, etc.
Build good working relationships with Aussie Consultant network counsellors and marketing and admissions staff from institutions.
Must ensure that all of the information provided by the student is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
Attend and participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a counseling setting
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain client confidentiality
Bilingual skills are a plus.
