Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a passionate and experienced female trainer to lead our graphic designing training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging lessons to young women from diverse backgrounds, helping them build employable digital design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured and hands-on graphic design training sessions based on the training curriculum.
Guide and mentor trainees on software tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
Foster a supportive, inclusive, and gender-sensitive learning environment.
Monitor and assess trainee progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
Coordinate with AWBN’s program team to report progress and address any training-related issues.
Encourage creativity and help participants build portfolios for future job opportunities or freelance work.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic designing and/or teaching graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with women or in community-based training programs is an asset.

Note :

Training Duration: 75 Days
Working Hour : 2 Hour per day.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
