Job Description

We are seeking a creative, analytical Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate brand presence of various international outdoor and apparel brands that we work with.

Responsibilities:

  • Design compelling visual assets, including advertisements, social media content, event materials, and in-store visuals.
  • Work closely with brand representatives to adapt global creative assets to local market needs.
  • Ensure all creative output is consistent with the visual identity and storytelling of each brand.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Manage and enhance the brands’ presence across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Plan and implement social media strategies, including content calendars, copywriting, and community management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or communications roles, preferably with lifestyle or outdoor brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, including social media platforms and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
