Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Graphic Design and Content Creator will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content, social media posts, videos, reels, banners, product creatives, and marketing materials. This role requires someone who understands modern design, social media trends, branding, and content that captures attention quickly. This person will be working within a team of other creators.

The ideal candidate should be creative, self-motivated, organized, and passionate about building strong brands through digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Create visually appealing graphics that follow brand guidelines across Jiri Group brands.
Develop creative concepts for product launches, promotional campaigns, offers, and brand awareness campaigns.
Design content for both digital and print platforms.
Edit product images, lifestyle photos, videos, and other multimedia assets.
Maintain consistency in colors, fonts, layouts, and overall brand identity.

Content Creation:

Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
Plan and produce short-form videos, reels, stories, and visual content.
Understand what makes content attractive in the first few seconds.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, and content styles.
Support the team with creative ideas for campaigns, product education, influencer content, and store promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, events, retail updates, and marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management:

Assist in managing Jiri Group brand pages across social media platforms.
Plan, schedule, and publish content based on the content calendar.
Monitor comments, messages, trends, and audience engagement.
Recommend content ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Track basic social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Ensure all content reflects the company’s tone, quality, and brand standards.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, videography, or social media management.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
Knowledge of photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
