Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Designing and implementing new features and functionality
Understand the requirement clearly, think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts to interactive design
Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Work with internal team to design and build user-friendly forms/ applications/interfaces based on functional specifications
Prepare designs as per requirements in coordination with concerned personnel
Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas
Manages social media pages, channels, etc and actively involved in social media marketing and ads campaign
Develop a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout
Create and publish engaging content
Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
Optimize content according to SEO
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor in BCA, BIT, BSC CSIT IT/ BE Computer Engineering
Experience of more than or equal to 1 year in creative designing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and other Graphic software like Coreldraw, Freehand, etc.
Proficiency in Wordpress, front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Experience in the social media ads campaign
Ability to think out of the box
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and knowledge of color theory
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Candidate must be able to work as a Graphic Designer along with Website management of our organization
