Job Description

Layout & Design the pages of newspaper
Design and review graphics, layouts and suggest/make improvements as needed
Forge and execute exciting digital ideas for online and offline ads
Get the ads designed from team members and review them
Design and produce print-ready layouts for use in newspaper or magazine in a daily deadline environment
Design marketing materials and sales flyers when required
Produce quality work and strive for improvements in a fast-paced environment
Check and respond to e-mails in a timely manner
Lead/coach, coordinate and assign duties and responsibilities to the assigned team as needed
Resolve the issues within the team in time and bring the same to the notice of higher authorities when required
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
